EASA
Codeless Application Development
EASA enables fast and easy creation of highly tailored, web-enabled applications which make your existing software easier to use, easier to access, and easier to control. Imagine being able to leverage the software already in use at your company with custom presentation layers to make application use and distribution easier, more efficient, and more reliable. With EASA's patented Application Builder, you or your IT service provider can create tools specific to your needs, on-demand, and without the time and cost associated with custom programming.
Most organizations use multiple and diverse applications spread across the enterprise, therefore a typical business process has many steps requiring input from various employees, each using specialized software. These may involve legacy applications with text-based interfaces, complex spreadsheets, databases on multiple platforms, and other software that may be difficult to learn and use.
Using EASA, your organization can create software "wrappers" around one or more applications, giving users one point of access to key software tools and data through a simple, custom interface designed specifically for the task at hand.

Specialized software tools are often difficult to learn and require an expert in the field to utilize their full potential. When multiple software packages are involved in a single business process, the resources required to coordinate and execute software use can easily add up to thousands of hours per year. In contrast, once the process has been simplified, automated and “wrapped” with an EASA application, it can be executed by any authorized user using any computer with a browser regardless of geographical location. The user is not exposed to and does not need to be an expert in the underlying software, and yet can execute the process within minutes. The time saved is scaled by the number of processes a company decides to improve in this way. |
Legacy software is often mission critical to the day-to-day operations of a business. Many of these applications are written in old programming languages, and can be difficult and expensive to deploy on modern desktops. EASA overcomes these significant problems by enabling even non-programmers to rapidly create modern, web-enabled applications which drive the original legacy code. These new EASA applications are easily deployable to any desktop in the enterprise. By using EASA, companies can quickly and cost-effectively upgrade the usability of legacy codes to that of modern web-based applications. |
In a world where data proliferation means an organization’s spreadsheets are copied, amended, forwarded, and viewed innumerable times on a daily basis, information generated through the use of spreadsheets may not be accurate or reliable due to unauthorized changes or incorrect usage. With EASA, master spreadsheets are stored and accessed centrally in one location on your intranet and only those authorized can use or alter them. This allows you to take back control of your spreadsheets. EASA can help ensure that the information you're working with is always the very latest and that your forecasting, planning, and business strategy will be based on accurate, relevant data. In addition, you can greatly reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your proprietary business data and formulas. |
